My Night Routine 🌙

My Night Routine 🌙

This is one of my two, sometimes three, night routines. This particular routine is more focused on preventing premature signs of aging, so it’s mainly the routine I reach for when I want to focus on anti-aging care and I do this routine every 2 days

It’s also a very simple routine, because sometimes I just don’t feel like doing a long skincare routine at night.

If I haven’t worn makeup that day, my entire night routine is literally just 4 products. If I have worn makeup, it’s five products, including my makeup remover/cleansing step.

First step -  TENZERO Relief Cica Cleansing Oil 🫧

Before applying the cleansing oil, I always make sure to wash my hands first. Since our hands touch so many things throughout the day, especially when we’ve been outside, I think this is an important step before touching your face.

If I’m not wearing makeup, one pump is enough for me, since the product dispenses quite a generous amount. If I’m wearing makeup, I use two pumps and apply the oil directly to my face.

I gently massage it all over my face for at least one minute, making sure the oil is evenly distributed.

Then, I wet my hands with water and massage my face again to emulsify the oil. It turns into a milky texture, and I continue massaging before rinsing it off.

Once I’ve finished cleansing, I move on to the next step

SECOND STEP(only if i was wearing make-up) - Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 🫧

If I’m wearing makeup, this is the step I add after my cleansing oil.

I take a cotton pad, pour some of the micellar water onto it, and gently wipe it all over my face to remove any remaining traces of makeup.

SECOND STEP (when i´m not wearing make up) - ORJENA Fresh Cleansing Foam – Tea Tree Cica 🫧

If I’m not wearing makeup, this is my second step. If I am wearing makeup, I use it after removing my makeup with the cleansing oil and micellar water.

I always do this step directly in the shower. I put a small amount of the cleansing foam into my hand, add a little water and emulsify it until it starts to foam.

Then, I apply it to my face and gently massage my skin for around one minute.

After that, I rinse my face thoroughly with water

Third step — P.CALM Active Retinoid 3000 Fade Cream 🫧

I use this cream every other day, since it contains an active retinoid and I don’t use it every day.

I apply about a pea-sized amount to my face and spread it evenly over my skin. I gently massage it in and use the same light patting motion until it feels absorbed.

After applying it, I wait at least 5 minutes before moving on to the next step

Final step — P.CALM Active PDRN 50000 Rejuvenating Cream 🫧

Once my retinoid cream has fully settled into my skin, I apply around two pea-sized amounts of this cream and spread it evenly all over my face.

I gently massage it in and, as always, finish with my little patting motion until it feels well absorbed.

This cream really helps keep my skin hydrated, and honestly, it feels really nice on my skin. I’m especially looking forward to using it during the winter. During the summer, it can feel a little greasier, but since I have dry skin, I personally don’t mind that at all.

I also like to use whatever is left on my hands and gently apply it to my lips, where it leaves them feeling nicely hydrated too.

Overall, this is a cream I really enjoy having as the final step of my night routine.

My morning routine ☀️

So let´s talk about my morning routine ☀️ that I have been following for a while now (probably for more than 8 months)

So when i first wake up the first thing I do is wash my face with ONLY WATER, this is very importan cause since I have dry skin, I prefer to maintain moist.

☼ ───────── ☼ ───────── ☼ ─────────☼ ─────────

First step - Rohto Mentholatum - Melano CC Brightening Lotion 🫧

I pour a small amount into the palm of my hand — around 2–3 drops — and gently press it onto my face.

The lotion has a light, watery texture that feels very easy to spread over the skin.

I use a light patting motion all over my skin until the lotion feels fully absorbed and my skin feels hydrated.

Así queda sencillo y natural, sin inventarnos características solo para llenar espacio.

Then, I move on to the next step

☼ ───────── ☼ ───────── ☼ ─────────☼ ─────────

Second step - Rohto Mentholatum - Melano CC Premium Brightening Essence 🫧

I apply the essence directly over my face and spread it evenly across my skin, paying a little extra attention to the areas where I usually want to improve the appearance of marks, especially around my mouth and on any leftover marks from dried-out breakouts.

It has a light, runny texture with a slightly oily feel. Once I’ve spread it over my face, I gently pat it into my skin until it feels settled.

I’ve been using this vitamin C essence for quite a while, and it has worked really well for me so far. I’ve never experienced an acne breakout from it, although skincare can react differently depending on the person and their skin.

After applying it, I usually wait around 3 minutes before moving on to the next step of my morning routine.

☼ ───────── ☼ ───────── ☼ ─────────☼ ─────────

Third step - Hada Labo Tokyo Glow Revitalizing Hydro Gel 🫧

I apply the hydro gel all over my face and gently pat it into my skin using the same tapping motion as with the previous steps.

It has a light gel-like texture and absorbs quite quickly into my skin. Despite its lightweight feel, I find it quite hydrating and comfortable to use.

It can be used both in the morning and at night, but this is where I use it in my morning routine.

Once I’ve finished patting it into my skin and it has absorbed, I move on to the next step.

☼ ───────── ☼ ───────── ☼ ─────────☼ ─────────

Fourth step - ROVECTIN – Calming Lotus Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++ 🫧

For the last step of my morning routine, I apply my sunscreen all over my face.

This is a sunscreen I discovered recently, and it honestly surprised me in the best way. It spreads really easily and doesn’t leave a white cast, which is something I really appreciate.

I also love how well my makeup sits on top of it. It doesn’t make my skin look dry, and at the same time, it gives my skin the extra moisture it needs throughout the day.

Once I’ve applied it evenly over my face, my morning skincare routine is done.

ABOUT NAMIツ

Hi! I’m Nami and I’m 29 years old ツ
So, I was born and raised in Spain, and when I was 17, my family decided to move to Germany. I’ve been living in Germany ever since.
Obviously, moving to another country wasn’t easy. I basically had to start my life from zero here with my family. I didn’t have any friends, I didn’t speak the language, and I had to get used to a completely different environment.
Luckily, I was very focused on learning German when I first moved here. I was actually extremely motivated to learn the language, so that part wasn’t necessarily the hardest for me.
The difficult part was more about making friends and finding my place here. I’ve always been a pretty introverted person, so meeting new people and trying to build new friendships wasn’t exactly easy for me.

Over time, though, I did make some friends here, and of course I’ve also kept the friendships I had back in Spain. I’m actually still friends with some of the people I grew up with, which I’m really grateful for.
After that, I started working and studying different things over the years.

A while ago, I also started making some videos on TikTok.
The thing is… I quickly realized that I’m probably not the kind of person who could be a full-time influencer or something similar. 😂
I just don’t have the energy to constantly create content, come up with new ideas and upload videos every single day.

I do consider myself an imaginative person, but not necessarily when it comes to constantly creating social media content.

I have a lot of imagination in other areas, though!

At some point, I also started doing skincare reviews on Picky. Getting selected for campaigns can be quite difficult sometimes, but I really enjoy being able to try different products and share my honest opinions about them.
After a while, because of some personal reasons, I took quite a long break from making TikToks.
Right now, I honestly don’t see myself going back to making TikToks every other day. Instead, I’d like to use TikTok mainly to connect with more people through this website and share things related to my blog and also continue doing Picky reviews whenever I get selected for campaigns, and I’d like to slowly get back into creating more content in general.
I definitely took a pretty serious break from it all, but I’m trying to get back into things little by little.

A few more things about me
I absolutely LOVE cats. Like… all cats. 🐈‍⬛
But I have a special weakness for black cats.
And yes, I actually have 3 cats!
One of them is two years old, another one is nine, and my oldest one is eleven. I love them all so much and they are definitely a big part of my life.

I also really enjoy going out with my friends and trying new food.
I’m a huge fan of Asian food, especially Korean and Thai food, and lately I’ve also been trying more Chinese food.
And by Chinese food, I don’t mean the typical “Chinese takeaway” kind of food. 😂 I’m much more interested in trying traditional Chinese dishes and discovering different types of Chinese cuisine.
Thankfully, I live relatively close to Düsseldorf, and Düsseldorf has a pretty big Asian community, which means there are lots of restaurants and places where I can try new things.
One of my absolute favourites is Tteokbokki, especially when it has A LOT of cheese. 🧀

So far, everything I’ve tried has been really good, and I’m definitely not done exploring yet.
Apart from food, I’m also reallოy into makeup and hair care.
I love experimenting with different makeup looks and figuring out what actually suits me. I also really enjoy fashion, and lately I’ve been thinking more about developing my own personal style instead of always buying whatever happens to be trendy or comes from fast fashion.
I think I’m still figuring out exactly what my style is, but that’s actually part of the fun.

And yes, I love video games too!! 🎮

During the week, I usually play League of Legends and TFT (only if a have enough time).
But one of my favourite types of games are games like Stardew Valley.
I absolutely love cozy games like that, and I honestly can’t wait for more games in this genre to come out.

There’s something about them that reminds me of another era. They give me this very nostalgic feeling, almost like the early 2000s, and I absolutely love that.
And honestly, that’s also one of the reasons I wanted to create this blog.
I really miss the feeling of the old internet like the MySpace era, personal blogs, customizing your own little corner of the internet and interacting with other people through it.
I love the idea of having a little space online that actually feels personal and represents who you are.
So I guess Nami’s Beauty Space is my own little version of that.
A place where I can talk about skincare, beauty and random things I like, things I’m currently trying, and basically whatever I feel like sharing.
And I think that’s enough about me for now.
♡ ☺︎ ♡

💗Thanks for stopping by and getting to know me a little better! 💗

Picky Reviews🌷

Picky Reviews🌷

Hi, internet people! ♡

This is where I'll be sharing my Picky reviews — or, at least, as many of them as I can. So far, I haven't won that many Picky campaigns, but I think I've already tried enough products to have a little collection of reviews worth sharing. 🫧

🌷 So, what is Picky?

If you've never heard of Picky, it's a skincare app and community where you can discover skincare products, read reviews from other users, learn more about ingredients and share your own experiences with different products.

One of the things I really enjoy about Picky is that they sometimes give users the opportunity to try products for free through their campaigns. If you're selected for one, you receive the product and, in return, you get to share your honest experience and review it.

That's actually how I got to try some of the products you'll find here. ♡

💌 My reviews are always honest

And this is probably the most important thing I want to say about this section:

I will always give my real opinion.

Just because I received a product for free doesn't mean I'm going to pretend that I loved it. If I loved something, I'll tell you. If I didn't like something, I'll tell you that too.

Some of these reviews were originally written on Picky when I first tried the products, while others I'll be revisiting and expanding here on the blog.

So, if you're curious about what I thought about a product  whether it was a MUST-HAVE or a complete no from me you'll probably find it here.

Welcome to my little Picky review corner! ♡
